Salaam University (SU) is one of the most popular Private University which is non-profit academic institution in Somalia. It is situated on the center of the city Mogadishu, with 3 campuses in Hodan District — Main Campus, KPP Campus, and Administrative Campus — founded in 2009 as a school of Medicine and Economic Management Sciences to help training local doctors, health workers, businessmen and administrators.

Later on, SU expanded constantly to strive and create friendly learning environment with plenty of facilities including: Technologically equipped classrooms, high-tech computer laboratories with internet access, well-stocked library and modern medical labs. The culture and experience of SU is teamwork and collaboration that played an important role in its professional and academic development.
