2026–2027 Academic Year
All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Salaam University is a non-profit institution and sets fees to cover operational costs only — not to generate profit. Students experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to explore our scholarship programme.

Full Payment
Single payment
At the beginning of the semester, all semester fees can be paid in full.
Installment Plan
30% / 40% / 30%
At the beginning of the semester, pay 30% of semester fees after registering for class. The second installment of 40% must be paid before the midterm exam. The remaining 30% must be paid before the final exam.
Important Notes
- After payments of second and third installments, students are eligible to get their clearance cards for midterm and final exams.
- SU will not refund any fees paid unless the student has no remaining semester.
- New students must pay the $35 registration fee before their admission letter is issued.
- Students who lose their ID card are charged $20 for replacement.
- Graduation fees of $400 cover the convocation ceremony, transcript, and certificate.
- Re-issue of graduation documents will be charged for any correction purpose.
Fees are reviewed annually and may be adjusted. The rates published here apply to the 2026–2027 academic year. Students enrolled before a fee change are protected at their original rate for the remainder of their programme. Queries about fees should be directed to the Finance Office at info@salaam.edu.so.
