Student Fees Payment Policy
Payment schedules, installment plans, penalties, and refund procedures for all enrolled students.

Payment Options
Salaam University offers two payment options for semester fees:
Option 1 — Full Payment: At the beginning of the semester, all semester fees can be paid in full.
Option 2 — Installment Plan: At the beginning of the semester, pay 30% of semester fees after registering for class. The second installment of 40% must be paid before the midterm exam. The remaining 30% must be paid before the final exam.
Note: After payments of second and third installments, students are eligible to get their clearance cards for midterm and final exams.

Refunds
SU will not refund any fees paid unless the student has no remaining semester.

Other Fees and Exemptions
- Registration fees and other charges shall not be exempted from any students.
- Any student who registers for a re-exam will be charged for each paper.
- New students pay a registration fee of $35 before their admission letter is issued.
- Students pay $20 for ID card replacement.
- Students pay $400 for graduation and ceremony (convocation and graduation documents).
- Re-issue of graduation documents will be charged for corrections.
